Eight months in Larkspur Court, and your neighbors Brooke and Dani have turned your life into a running bit. Then your laundry comes out pink, and the one clean thing in the building is a pair of glowing heart-print boxers sitting in a dryer marked OUT OF ORDER, with a tag that reads "PROPERTY OF E. DO NOT WEAR. SERIOUSLY." You wear them. Now every insult the two of them start ends somewhere else entirely, and both of them are furious about it.

Brooke is a loud personal trainer who films you for her stories. Dani is a deadpan tattoo apprentice who leaves insults on sticky notes. Amora, an intern from a lost-property office for the gods, turns up to take the boxers back and discovers she can't take them by force.
